Refund policy

1. Custom-made products

Custom painted sneakers and personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as they are created uniquely for you.

2. Non-custom products

Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery under EU consumer law. Items must be unused, in orginal condition, and in orginal packaging. 

To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must submit the Withdrawal Form (PDF) available on our website. 

3. Defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will repaid, remake, or refund depending on the situation.

4. Refund Process

Refunds (when applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 days business days. 

5. Exclusions

Returns are rejected if:

  • The item is custom-made;
  • The item shows clear signs of wear;
  • It was damaged after delivery;
  • The returned package is missing parts or packaging.

6. Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
