2. Products
Our products include custom-painted sneakers, hand-finished footwear, and digitally enhanced imagery using AI editing tools. While we aim for accurate colors and details slight variations may occur due to hand-painting, lighting, or AI-based refinements.
3. Made-to-Order items
Customs-painted sneakers and personalized items are made specifically for you. These items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective upon arrival.
4. Use of images and content
All products photos, designs, and artwork are the intellectual property of TSCneakers. Customers may not reproduce, edit, resell, or use our imagery (including AI-enhanced images) for commercial purposes without written permission.
5. Accuracy of information
We try to keep all products info, pricing, and availability accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to update or correct information at any time without notice.
6. Ordering and payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other supported gateways. Orders begin production once payment is confirmed.
7. Shipping
Shipping times and methodes are described in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by carries, customs, or events outside our control
8. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing, shipping details, and contact information. Incorrect addresses or wrong size choices are not eligible for refunds.
9. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for damages arising from misuse of our products, incorrect care, or third-party shipping issues.
10. Govering law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes must be handled by the courts of the Netherlands
